Behind the Brand: A Fresh Chapter with a Timeless Touch
When I first started The Sunday Health Club, I was guided by a desire to create a gentle, grounded space for wellness—rooted in mindfulness, rest, and the beauty of slow living. That vision hasn’t changed. But as I’ve worked through these last 2 months, learning and trying out different forms of content, I felt the need for a visual shift that truly aligns with where SHC is heading.
From Soft & Earthy to Refined & Classic
Our original palette of muted purples and warm browns served as a beautiful grounding point. It held a gentle, feminine energy that aligned with the early stages of our work together. But as my vision for The Sunday Health Club has matured, I found myself craving a look that could evolve with us—something a little more refined, a little more “forever.”
Enter: Navy Blue and Cream.
These new colours embody what I now see as the future of this brand. Navy carries a sense of depth, trust, and sophistication—it’s often associated with tradition, legacy, and calm authority. Cream, on the other hand, keeps things soft, warm, and approachable. Together, they balance elegance with ease. The aesthetic speaks to the “old money” influence, but with a modern, wellness-centered twist: we’re not chasing trends, we’re creating a lifestyle that feels grounded, expansive, and sustainable.
Why the Rebrand?
This visual shift isn’t just about colour—it’s about clarity. While the mission remains the same (supporting your journey to better health, self-awareness, and inner calm), the vision has grown. I’m now thinking more long term—what it means to create a lasting impact, to build trust over time, and to curate a space that feels like a retreat from the noise.
The new website reflects that. It’s simpler, more editorial, and easier to navigate. You’ll find four core pages: Home, About, Contact, and The Sunday Thread (our new blog). This change is about quality over quantity—focusing on depth, not distraction. With this refined foundation, I’ll continue to share educational content, hormone healing insights, seasonal rituals, and holistic strategies that fit into your everyday life.
